The Process

Planning

We offer free on-site estimates for customers in Greensboro & the surrounding Triad area. We help identify square footage, materials needed, projected time-line, advice & direction (if needed), and answer any questions to set clear expectations on exactly what the job will entail.

Prep Work

On the day of the project, Viking Tile & Floors will show up, on the day & time set, to set up equipment and to prep the area for the project. We take proactive measures to maintain a clean, safe working area for our team and the homeowners.

Deliver Results

Our team will carry out the project to the agreed upon standard and timeline. We provide updates throughout the project so you're aware of where we are at in the project. We always aim to exceed customer expectations!

The CTI program started in 2007 as a way to have a method to differentiate between mediocre and excellent tile installers.
